Interim Report 1

I have had a great semester so far in physical education.  Last class, (today), I did fitness.  For fitness, I did the guru pyramid.  It seemed to be easy at first , but when I got near to the end it got a lot harder because I was getting extremely tired from doing all those sets of push-ups, squat jumps, etc.

I feel that I have done very well in active learning this semester.  I always bring my gym strip and am ready to go everyday.  I come to class everyday and always ready to work, no matter what the activity be.  I'm not going to lie, but sometimes I thought the activity seemed boring, but when we actually did it, it was fun, for example, those activities we did in the large gym on Monday.  I am very committed to my health and fitness and I can prove this because I play soccer outside of school on a community team and at soccer we usually work on our fitness and then some ball work.  A major factor that pushes me to my limit, is the fact that I want to play soccer in the men's league when I am older, so whenever I think about that it motivates me to get more in shape physically.  That is the reason why I have been absolutely dead tired at mostly the end each class, which for me, seems like a good sign.  I feel that I have improved my balance and my speed because of the amount of running that we have done this course so far and when we have used the Bosu balls and the balance boards.  I feel that I can still improve, and start to help my peers focus and work hard. I think that I should get a G in physical education because I always work hard no matter what the activity be and I have learned a lot about my body, such as what kind of workout is most beneficial to me and what I can do to improve my overall fitness, such as better dietary choices.
